From this photo you can see how google is reporting the speed of the site over time.  2.2 seconds is not the best but it surely helps when it google indexes the site.

This image shows how google is crawling pages over time and how much time it takes. Again these are not the best case senerios. As you can see that the trend is upward in pages crawled per day and the trend is lower when when spending time download a page.

This images shows the increase of users overtime.  Looking at all images you can see a steady improvement around the begining of March 2010.
